This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the Tidal House AP application ("the App"), a private accounts-payable automation operated by Scratchpad Ventures LLC (dba Tidal House). By connecting the App to your QuickBooks Online account, you agree to these terms.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App to record and manage vendor bills in a QuickBooks Online company that you own or are authorized to administer.
You agree to use the App only with accounts you are permitted to access, and only for lawful bookkeeping and bill-processing purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you authorize the App to create or modify in your QuickBooks company.
The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Scratchpad Ventures LLC does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scratchpad Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App. You remain responsible for reviewing transactions recorded in your accounting system.
You may terminate this Agreement at any time by disconnecting the App from QuickBooks Online.
