Application: Tidal House AP ยท Last updated: July 4, 2026

Tidal House AP ("the App") is a private accounts-payable automation used internally by Scratchpad Ventures LLC (dba Tidal House). This policy explains what data the App accesses and how it is handled.

What the App accesses

With your authorization, the App connects to your QuickBooks Online company through Intuit's official API. It accesses accounting data needed to record vendor bills โ€” such as vendors, chart-of-accounts entries, and bills โ€” for the connected company only.

How the App uses data

Data is used solely to create and manage vendor bills in your connected QuickBooks Online company as part of routine bill processing. The App does not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond this bookkeeping function.

Storage and security

The App stores only the OAuth access and refresh tokens required to maintain the QuickBooks connection. These are held in Cloudflare's encrypted key-value storage and are transmitted over HTTPS. The App does not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.

Data retention and revocation

Tokens are retained only while the App is connected to your QuickBooks company. You can revoke access at any time from within QuickBooks Online (Apps → Connected apps → Disconnect), which invalidates the stored tokens.
